Aimbridge EMEA invites meetings and events bookers and agents to expand their horizons with our exciting new sales incentive. Every contracted booking not only earns incentive points but also unlocks entries into an exclusive prize draw.

The Competition

Three VIP Prize Draws

  • Belfast – AC Hotel by Marriott (winner drawn April 2026)

Double incentive points for every confirmed booking across major hotel loyalty schemes: Accor Event Planner, IHG Business Rewards, Hilton for Business, Radisson Rewards for Business, Marriott Bonvoy Business Rewards, World of Hyatt Business Rewards. For independent hotels, individual loyalty rewards will be offered.

Entry thresholds (including VAT):

  • £2K to £5K = 1 entry
  • £5.1K to £10k = 2 entries
  • £10.1k to £25K = 3 entries
  • £25.1K to £50K = 4 entries
  • £50.1K plus = 5 entries

Alternative prize available: 

If a company policy restricts personal gifts and prizes, instead of winning a break, we will donate £500 to your chosen charity.

HOW TO ENTER

Just add your booking information to our entry form. 
Bookings must be for meetings & events or groups enquired after the Horizons launch date (22nd January 2026) with a minimum spend of £2K inc VAT and contracted in 2026 only.*

Terms and conditions 

    1. All clients and agents should book directly with the hotel or via the Aimbridge central sales team to be eligible for this booker incentive. If using a third-party platform to enquire, the client/agent must inform the hotel directly that they are entering for the Horizons campaign.  
    2. Client should quote “Aimbridge Horizons” offer at the time of enquiry and the hotel will confirm eligibility when booking.  
    3. No cash alternative will be offered, unless the charity donation is taken.  
    4. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, except for standard commission which will still be applicable to our agency partners.  
    5. Maximum of £1,000 worth of additional brand loyalty points per contracted booking entered.  
    6. Open to meeting & events agents, group organisers and businesses booking Aimbridge EMEA hotels (not valid for Aimbridge hotels outside of EMEA).  
    7. Minimum spend £2,000 incl. vat per booking. Applies to NEW business only (although commercial decisions can be made at property level).  Business that is in prospect or tentative status prior to the 22nd January 2026 will not qualify. Does not apply to repeat bookings placed in the last 12 months, or any rescheduled / postponed events. 
    8. Existing groups, series of events or M&E bookings do not apply.    
    9. Corporate and specialised groups only qualify, not valid for leisure tours.  
    10. Number of entries per contract awarded based on booking value thresholds. 
    11. Where hotels cannot offer brand loyalty points for entries, an alternative reward may be offered based on the same calculated value as double loyalty points (at the discretion of the hotel management).  
    12. Bookings must be confirmed (contract received) in 2026 to be able to enter.    
    13. Prize draws will take place at end of April, August and December 2026.    
    14. Travel must be taken by June 2027 (Costa Blanca) or within 2026 for Belfast/Ghent.  
      *There is a price cap per location prize which will be communicated to the winner at the time of receiving their prize. 
    15. Winners notified directly by Aimbridge EMEA by email following the draw dates. 
    16. Aimbridge EMEA reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

    18. If you decline the option to sign up to our email database, your data will be deleted at the end of each quarterly prize draw.
